-Samples from birds, feed ingredients, finished feed, litter, and soil from each farm are routinely tested for pesticide residue in the Hammoudeh Group labs.

- Our chicks undergo a thorough immunization program at the hatchery to ensure against disease at the farm. Other tests are run each week on samples from farms throughout the farms. These tests confirm that our chickens are adequately protected against disease by the vaccinations they have received and aid in monitoring for possible exposure to other disease agents. In addition, our chickens are not given any vaccinations or antibiotics at least 2 weeks prior to being slaughtered.

- Hammoudeh chickens are fed a high-quality diet that contains no steroids or growth hormones.

- In our processing plant, the product is closely monitored by our quality assurance staff for any potential problems following ISO and HACCP regulations.

- Hammoudeh team has worked closely in developing new meat inspection regulations based on scientific criteria utilizing Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). We were the first chicken processing plant to obtain and implement a HACCP system in Jordan.

-Our plant is sanitized daily. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with water and approved antimicrobial agents, after which swab samples are taken throughout the plant to verify sanitation in our onsite laboratories.

-All products are packaged and shipped according to rigid Hammoudeh, ISO, and HACCP guidelines.

Hammoudeh is currently exporting to neighboring countries. Hammoudeh is always looking at new investments and opportunities in new markets.
